Love the headphones we got our grandkids. Disappointed that the junior jams came with a cloth carrying case instead of the hard one. Now we are paying another $40 to get 2 hard cases.

These headphones have been the defining feature of our sons childhood. From long road trips through Iceland and Tasmania to short car rides in Hawaii and beyond. The trick is getting him to rake them off, he loves them so much.

Shipped in time for my nephew's birthday! Very happy about that. I wish I could have sent a Birthday message with the box.

International buyer beware of substantial import fees. I wanted to buy directly from Puro rather than Amazon Canada, but had to idea that I'd be paying $60 extra on a $200 order. Find a local retainer so you know what you're paying.
Puro sales should be more explicit in their information so buyers can make informed decisions. If UPS has a set import fee, state this fee. Or find an international shipper who will set a fee so you can inform your customers.

Shipping options don't say how long they take to arrive nor an estimated arrival date - just Standard or Expedited. No way to make an informed decision! Also, the website didn't describe how long the cord was on the headphones i purchased anywhere.

Easy to purchase. I always prefer to purchase straight from the vendor versus Amazon. Fast shipment from date of order.

Assuming the discount js credited in a timely fashion, I am very satisfied with my experience puchasing the headsets for 3 of my granddaughters. If they work well, I will order a 4th at the same price when your color selection expands soon.

These headphones are perfect. Great size and sound quality. Needed a replacement cord and it shipped very quickly.
